Is PoY really free forever?
Yes. Identity verification and basic features are free for every human, forever. We believe proving you are real should never cost money.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrade instantly, downgrade at any time. No contracts, no lock-in. Your PoY identity stays the same regardless of your plan.
What happens to my stamps if I downgrade?
All existing stamps remain valid forever. On the free plan you are limited to 5 new stamps per month, but past stamps are never deleted.
Do you store my biometric data?
No. Your biometric scan happens entirely on your device. Only a one-way hash is sent to our servers. We cannot reconstruct your face, voice, or any biometric data from the hash.
